Yes/No Barn {app review + giveaway}

Happy Wednesday!  I hope you're enjoying the TpT sale that's happening right now!  I have been checking out some new apps recently, and I wanted to share them with you as part of Better Hearing and Speech Month!

The first one I want to share with you is Yes/No Barn from Smarty Ears!

One of my favorite features about this app is how intuitive it is.   Just simply set up your player(s), hit play, and you're off!

The questions are all yes/no questions (as the title of the app suggests).  The students simply answer the question and press the left duck (no) or the right duck (yes).  Some of the questions use clipart images:

Others use real photos:

Some of the questions are about what the student is doing, wearing, etc.  They look like this:

In this case, the child will give you an answer, and you will mark whether or not they answered correctly.

All Smarty Ears apps feature an awesome report section, and this app is no exception!   It separates the reports by date and also by type of question asked.

Overall, I really like this app.  It's a great way to target yes/no questions.  It is very intuitive.  The report section is very detailed, and the reports can be shared or printed.   Students enjoy the app, and the images are not too difficult for them to figure out.  This is a great option for individual therapy, group therapy or for center time!

If you are interested in this app, you can purchase it on the iTunes store for $3.99 for Better Hearing and Speech Month.  It is normally $5.99, so grab it while it's discounted!

Smarty Ears is generously offering one lucky reader a code for this app.  Enter the rafflecopter below for a chance to win! Good luck!
